Catering for the growing demand for light, small and powerful mobile energy sources, we are offering bespoke gensets and range extenders based on automotive engines directly linked to our AFG-140 and AFG-240 axial flux generators. This concept is the foundation for a new type of mobile power source with distinctive features, such as:
- Very high power to weight ratio
- Small space envelope
- Voltage range: 300 to 750VDC
- Voltage, current and speed range adapted to customer specification
- Can be tailored to operate with most types of automotive engines
- Flexible, intelligent control including Ethernet live status monitoring
- Real time fuel efficiency calculation based on measurements
- CAN communication protocol according to customer specification
