Energy : Lord Oxburgh
Ronald (Lord) Oxburgh, formerly Rector of Imperial College, and Chairman of Shell Oil (UK) has joined the Advisory Board to advise on energy and emissions matters. From 1988 to 1993, Lord Oxburgh was chief scientific adviser to the Ministry of Defence. He sits on the House of Lords Select Committee on Science and Technology.
Automotive : Brendan Connor
Chairman of CENEX (Centre of Excellence for low carbon and fuel cell technologies) and former CEO of Cosworth Racing between 2001 and 2003. Brendan Connor has held senior general management positions in TRW and Lucas, and provides EVO Electric with advice on engineering, automotive and production matters.
Industrial : Carl (Kim) Ahlers
Former EVP Cummins Engine Company and CTO – Ford/Fiat/Cummins European Engine Joint Venture. Kim Ahlers has extensive experience of diesel engine product planning, engine design, engine development and compliance testing. Additionally, he contributes his strong expertise in engineering team building and strategic planning to the business.
